  /sitemap-pages.xml — the STATIC pages of dmeer.app (#1117).
Referenced by the sitemap index at /sitemap.xml. Rendered by Pages as a static
asset, so it is served even when Supabase (the blog's source) is unreachable.

  Deliberately NOT here:
    - /blog and /blog/<slug> → the blog's own sitemap (#1116) owns every blog
URL. Listing any of them here would be the divergence #1117 was told to
      avoid.
    - /success, /cancelled, /managed → transactional return legs carrying a
per-purchase correlation id (#706/#732). Not indexable content; robots.txt
also disallows them. There is no link to them anywhere on the site.
    - /blog/feed.xml → a feed, not a page.
The app's own docs (docs/website-publish.md) are not published at all.

URLs are the CANONICAL form. Pages 308-redirects a directory request to its
  trailing-slash form (verified live: /terminos → 308 → /terminos/), so the
trailing slash is what a crawler should be given — a <loc> that redirects is a
  reportable sitemap warning.

No <lastmod>: these are hand-edited files with no build step and no reliable
date to derive from. <lastmod> is optional; a guessed one is worse than none.
